Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to support the installation, maintenance, and optimization of power
systems and equipment within the workshop and field environments. This role involves analyzing
operational data, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting complex
issues to ensure reliable and efficient power operations. Additionally, provide technical expertise for
projects and uphold safety and compliance standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Analyze operational performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements for power
systems efficiency and reliability.
2. Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for power equipment, ensuring
timely completion to minimize downtime.
3. Utilize digital tools (Mateline X, OWS) to execute and monitor PM and CM activities, ensuring timely
completion and improved network reliability.
4. Design and implement process improvements in workshop operations to optimize resource utilization
and reduce operational risks.
5. Install and configure advanced power components such as UPS units, rectifiers, batteries, and generators
according to technical specifications.
6. Test and validate system functionality after maintenance or installation to confirm compliance with
technical and safety standards.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools and apply corrective measures or escalate as
needed.
8. Monitor KPIs (availability, reliability, fault rate) and prepare performance reports for management
review.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during power system upgrades and new installations, providing
technical input throughout project phases.
10. Document technical procedures and maintenance activities accurately to maintain compliance and
support continuous improvement.
11. Implement energy-saving practices and technologies to optimize power consumption and reduce
operational costs.
12. Apply health and safety protocols rigorously, conduct risk assessments and ensure proper use of PPE
during all tasks.

advanced tools.
4. Installation & Configuration: Ability to install and configure power components according to
engineering standards.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Competent in analyzing performance data and preparing detailed
technical reports.
6. Safety & Compliance Management: Applies regulatory standards and best practices to maintain a
safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, power electrical engineering, engineering, or
a related field.
Experience 0-1 years in power operations, maintenance, and technical project support.
Certificates
Huawei Power Systems Certification | Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) |Huawei
Certified ICT Associate (HCIA) are preferred.
Language Intermediate in English (Written & Spoken).
