Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to contribute to overseeing mobile network implementation projects
across regional areas to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. This role involves coordinating resources,
vendors, and field teams to achieve project milestones. Additionally, ensure adherence to technical
standards, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices. Moreover, contribute to network
availability and service quality by optimizing site performance post-deployment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Execute mobile network implementation projects in regional locations, ensuring timely delivery,
adherence to project scope, and achievement of defined deployment milestones.
2. Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align schedules, resources, and
deliverables to Enhanced cross-functional collaboration and minimize operational bottlenecks.
3. Oversee the installation, commissioning, and integration of mobile and BSS network components,
ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
4. Conduct site acceptance tests and verify compliance with quality and performance standards to

5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges encountered during implementation to minimize
project interruptions.
6. Support network upgrades and expansions by preparing sites, supervising activities, and validating
post-upgrade performance.

7. Maintain accurate technical documentation, project reports, and progress tracking in alignment with
project governance standards.
8. Analyze post-deployment performance data and implement optimization actions to enhance site
efficiency and service quality.
9. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations across all project activities.
10. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation actions throughout the deployment lifecycle.
11. Collaborate with planning and optimization teams to ensure seamless handover of completed sites
and alignment with network performance goals.

Technical Competencies:
1. Mobile & BSS Network Architecture: Strong understanding of BTS, Node B in 3G (UMTS), eNodeB
in 4G (LTE), and gNodeB in 5G networks, Microwave types, and BSC & RNC.
2. Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using project tracking software such as MS Project or
similar tools.
3. Network Implementation & Testing: Experience in deploying and testing Mobile & BSS network
elements.
4. Risk Management: Ability to assess project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
5. Network Performance Analysis & KPI Interpretation: Interprets key radio and core KPIs such as
accessibility, mobility, coverage, and throughput to evaluate site performance and identify
optimization needs.
6. Network Planning and Verification Tools & Software: Uses industry‑standard tools, including
drive‑test analyzers, propagation tools, configuration systems, and OSS platforms to verify site
readiness and support accurate network integration.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Information
Technology, or a closely related field.
Experience
5-6 years of experience in Mobile & BSS network projects implementation, with a
strong understanding of network deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Demonstrated experience working with multi-vendor environments and supporting
large-scale regional rollout projects.
Certificates Professional certifications in telecommunications (e.g., vendor-specific RAN certifications,
LTE/5G training, or project implementation certifications) are preferred.
Language Fluency in the English language (Written& Spoken).
