Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to drive the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of
the Core Packet-Switched (PS) Network to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. The
role involves monitoring key performance indicators, diagnosing complex network issues, and implementing
strategic solutions to optimize network operations. Additionally, collaborate with cross-functional teams to
support service planning, expansion, and innovation initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Maintain continuous PS and service availability by proactively monitoring and resolving network
issues.
2. Prepare daily, monthly, and annual performance reports to evaluate network health and identify
improvement opportunities.
3. Analyze O&M KPI reports to diagnose performance gaps and propose targeted optimization
strategies.
4. Assess customer needs and determine effective solutions for complex technical challenges.
5. Design technical diagrams, flowcharts, and documentation to support project planning and
execution.
6. Mentor junior engineers by providing technical guidance and support on assigned projects.
7. Collaborate with the Planning team to align network capabilities with current and future service
requirements.
8. Support project teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of network initiatives.
9. Execute network expansion activities, including software patching and system upgrades, to enhance
capacity and reliability.
10. Integrate and commission new USN and UGW systems to expand network infrastructure.
11. Conduct health checks and perform advanced routine maintenance to sustain optimal network
performance.
12. Implement corrective and preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and ensure
service continuity.

data, and proposing solutions to optimize the PS Network.
3. Network Maintenance and Upgrades: Performing health checks, implementing corrective and
preventive maintenance, and supporting network expansion, software patches, and system
upgrades.
4. Integration and Commissioning: Responsible for new USN and UGW integration and commissioning.
5. Technical Documentation: Creating clear and comprehensive technical diagrams, flowcharts,
formulas, and other written documentation to support projects.
6. Service Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure service quality for end-users by analyzing QoS and
QoE metrics.
Qualifications:
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a
related technical field.
Experience
• 4-5 years in PS Network.
• Expertise in creatingandconfiguringDPIbundlestoenhancenetwork capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience researching new technologies and products to recommend
process improvements.
• ExperienceintroubleshootingandsolvingcomplexGPRS/LTE/5Gnetwork-relatedissues.
• Experience in currentandnewGPRS/ LTE/5 G-NR technology.
Language Excellent in English language (Written & Spoken).
