Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to support the management and optimization of international voice
traffic to ensure accuracy, cost efficiency, and alignment with operational standards. The role involves
executing routing activities, preparing routine traffic reports, and assisting with cost and margin tasks to
enable informed decision-making. Additionally, it escalates anomalies, collaborates with cross-functional
teams to mitigate risks, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts that enhance overall traffic
performance and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Monitor international voice traffic on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by following established
procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance with defined performance standards.
2. Prepare routine traffic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) by compiling and organizing data
to support visibility into market changes and operational activities.
3. Generate analytical and incident reports by extracting information from available systems to support
data-driven decision-making.
4. Execute routing updates and maintain routing tables by following predefined instructions,
conducting routine efficiency checks, and validating routes as guided to support least-cost routing
activities.
5. Support cost and margin calculations by collecting rate information, organizing cost data, and
assisting in comparisons of termination rates to help identify lower-cost options.
6. Assist in implementing corrective actions by reporting negative margin cases and executing assigned
tasks aimed at improving profitability.
7. Monitor traffic patterns to identify visible anomalies and escalate unusual cases to Revenue
Assurance and Fraud Management teams for further investigation.
8. Collaborate with team members and other departments by sharing information, providing updates,
and supporting traffic management activities to align with departmental objectives.
9. Contribute to departmental improvement efforts by completing assigned tasks within projects and
offering support to initiatives that enhance operational performance.
10. Forecast international traffic trends using historical data and predictive analytics to support strategic
planning and capacity management.

2. Routing & Rate Management: Ability to execute routing updates, validate routing tables through
routine checks, and assist in comparing rate information to support least-cost routing.
3. Data Analysis, Reporting & Visualization: Ability to extract data from systems, prepare reports and
summaries, and support visualization.
4. Programming & Automation: Ability to run scripts and follow automation steps to streamline
repetitive tasks and support data preparation.
5. Telecom Systems Knowledge: Basic understanding of international telecom concepts, interconnect
processes, and fraud-risk indicators to support traffic handling and escalate issues accordingly.
6. Network Performance Monitoring: Ability to use monitoring tools to observe voice quality and KPI
trends, document deviations, and report abnormalities for further investigation.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Telecommunication, or a related field.
Experience 0 -1 years of experience in data analytics
Certificates Preferred Power BI, Data analysis and SQL
Language Fluency in the English Language (written & spoken).
