Team
Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage the Region Network unit to deliver exceptional
network availability and operational efficiency by managing maintenance plans, optimizing resources, and
driving digital transformation. This role plays a critical part in enhancing customer experience, reducing
operational costs, and ensuring business continuity through proactive leadership, operational planning, and
continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the region network field operations to achieve SLA and KPI targets, delivering optimal
network availability and reliability.
2. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans to extend CAPEX lifespan and reduce OPEX,
improving cost efficiency.
3. Oversee corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and enhance customer
experience.
4. Lead digital transformation initiatives by implementing automated workflows in OWS/Mateline to
improve operational accuracy and speed.
5. Drive team performance and accountability by setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and
fostering a result-oriented culture.
6. Conduct performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and provide actionable feedback to improve
individual and team outcomes.
7. Monitor and analyze operational performance reports to identify gaps and implement corrective
actions that improve service quality.
8. Guide resource allocation and budget control to optimize manpower, tools, and spare parts
utilization while maintaining OPEX within limits.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (NEC, Planning & Optimization, Deployment, Admin,
Commercial) to deliver new site rollouts and expansion projects on time.
10. Evaluate and improve power workshop operations to maintain 100% availability of main sites and
enhance energy efficiency.
11. Implement remote monitoring systems (Neteco, Fuel Sensors, Deep See) to strengthen predictive
maintenance and reduce downtime.
12. Manage spare parts inventory and warehouse operations to support uninterrupted maintenance
activities and minimize delays.
13. Coordinate handling of service requests and complaints to ensure timely resolution and customer
satisfaction.
14. Supervise compliance with HSE standards across all NFO activities to maintain a safe working
environment.
15. Develop contingency plans for emergency situations to ensure business continuity during outages
or critical failures.
16. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing best
practices across the unit.

systems (generators, rectifiers, solar systems) to maintain network reliability.
3. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Planning: Ability to design and oversee maintenance
strategies that optimize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
4. Remote Monitoring Systems Management: Proficiency in implementing and managing systems like
Neteco, Fuel Sensors, and Deep See for predictive maintenance and operational efficiency.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Skilled in interpreting operational data, identifying trends, and
applying insights to improve service quality and resource utilization.
6. Safety & Compliance Management: Expertise in enforcing health, safety, and environmental
standards across all field operations to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
Qualifications:
Education
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical
field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Experience
6–8 years of experience in the radio and power network field operations, including +2
years in a managerial role.
Certificates
Certified Telecom Field Operations Manager (CTFOM™) | Huawei Certified ICT
Professional (HCIP) | Project Management Professional (PMP®) are preferred.
Language Fluency in English (Written & Spoken).
