Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the planning, architecture development, and innovation
of Sudatel’s radio access network to support mobile broadband growth and future readiness. This role drives
the integration of advanced technologies, manages vendor relationships, and guides network evolution
through expert-level planning, design validation, and AI-driven initiatives. It also contributes to business
objectives by delivering high-performance, scalable, and cost-effective radio access solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage radio network strategies and architecture aligned with Sudatel’s mobile
broadband business needs, driving long-term network evolution and competitive advantage.
2. Review and guide radio network design to meet KPIs and business targets, enabling efficient
deployments and improved service quality.
3. Formulate radio access solutions that address new coverage needs, expanding network reach and
enhancing user experience.
4. Lead full planning cycles including RFI/RFP, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and delivery
tracking, facilitating strategic alignment and timely execution of network initiatives.
5. Design annual technology plans that reflect business priorities and guide investment in radio access
capabilities.
6. Create master plans detailing roadmaps, vendor strategies, investment estimates, and network
evolution to support informed decision-making and future readiness.
7. Prepare and submit solution approval documentation in compliance with organizational policies,
enabling governance and implementation of network solutions.
8. Validate delivered designs against performance, capacity, and operability requirements to confirm
technical integrity and operational feasibility.
9. Confirm final solutions meet stated objectives and business expectations, contributing to successful
project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
10. Manage vendor relationships to safeguard Sudatel’s intellectual property and maintain strategic
control during planning phases.
11. Monitor technology trends and vendor roadmaps to inform strategic decisions and support the
integration of innovative solutions.
12. Track software and hardware releases, features, and licensing status (EOS, EOM, EOL) to maintain
lifecycle visibility and network compatibility.
13. Develop annual CAPEX budgets for radio networks to support financial planning and resource
allocation.
14. Mentor junior engineers, provide guidance, share expertise, and foster a culture of continuous
learning and innovation within the radio access domain.
15. Research and prototype AI/ML models for predicting UE performance issues, contributing to
proactive optimization and innovation in network operations.
16. Initiate strategic improvements by proactively identifying opportunities and leading initiatives that
enhance network performance and future readiness.

4. Network Architecture & Synchronization: Proficient in NMS, DCN, and synchronization principles
for radio access networks.
5. Mobile Standards and Specifications: Comprehensive knowledge of mobile standards,
specifications, and applications.
6. 3GPP Standards & Implementation: Expert-level understanding of 3GPP features and UE
implementation challenges.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
Experience 6-8 years of experience in the telecom industry, in the Radio Access Network
Certificates
Huawei Certified ICT Associate – 5G | Power BI Data Analyst Associate | Project
Management Professional are preferred.
Language Fluency in English (Written & spoken).
