multiple telecom domains and organizational functions.
2. Apply deep telecom business and IT domain expertise across core BSS, sales and distribution
channels, customer lifecycle management, digital and value-added services, and partner
integrations when shaping end-to-end functional solutions.
3. Maintain strong awareness of the IT application landscape, system ownership, integration
touchpoints, and domain boundaries.
4. Translate business objectives into end-to-end functional solution designs covering business
processes, rules, data structures, and logical system interactions.
5. Define business process changes and analyze upstream and downstream system impacts.
6. Identify all impacted systems and define expected behaviors at a logical level.
7. Develop and maintain functional solution artifacts, including process flows, integration diagrams,
and logical data interaction views.
8. Define business-driven integration requirements and interface expectations between systems.
9. Analyze functional dependencies, constraints, assumptions, and business risks, ensuring early
mitigation planning.
10. Develop and evaluate alternative solution options (configuration, vendor customization, in-house
development, hybrid approaches), providing structured recommendations based on value,
complexity, and sustainability.
11. Assess vendor proposals for functional fit, completeness, and alignment with defined business
requirements and solution definitions.
12. Define detailed business rules, business scenarios, and acceptance criteria to ensure completeness
and testability.
13. Ensure requirements and functional designs are consistent, complete, and traceable throughout
design, development, testing, and UAT phases.
14. Act as the functional solution authority for assigned initiatives, supporting Delivery, Development,
and QA teams in preserving business intent.

to document processes, functional flows, and logical system views.
5. Solution Evaluation & Traceability: Ability to assess solution options and vendor proposals for
functional fit and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability through testing and UAT.
6. Advanced Systems Integration Analysis: Demonstrates expert ability to evaluate complex
system-to-system interactions, identify integration constraints, and determine optimal logical
integration patterns to ensure seamless dataflow and functional alignment across the IT landscape.
