Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to assist FLIP sales operations. This role involves executing assigned
sales activities, assisting in account management, and delivering product information to clients.
Additionally, aims to contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth through effective
communication, service coordination, and adherence to company standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Execute assigned sales tasks to support monthly and annual targets for revenue, subscribers, and
client visits.
2. Assist in identifying potential clients and initiating contact under guidance.
3. Support deal closure by preparing documentation and coordinating with internal teams.
4. Present product features and benefits to clients using approved materials.
5. Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
6. Contribute to building and maintaining client relationships through regular follow-ups.
7. Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
8. Prepare draft financial and technical proposals for review and submission.
9. Follow up on installations and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
10. Coordinate service activations with the back-office team as instructed.
11. Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.
12. Suggest ideas to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
13. Update product information and service coverage maps as directed.
14. Use company platforms and tools to complete tasks accurately.
15. Comply with Sudani sales policies and procedures.

tools and outreach methods.
3. CRM System Usage: Proficient in updating and maintaining client records, tracking interactions, and
generating basic reports using CRM platforms.
4. Product Knowledge:Understands the features and benefits of FLIP services and communicates them
clearly during client interactions and presentations.
5. Proposal Support: Prepares draft financial and technical proposals under supervision, ensuring
accuracy and alignment with client needs.
6. Service Coordination: Supports installation and activation processes by liaising with internal teams
and ensuring timely follow-up.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field.
Experience 0-1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account support, preferably within
the telecommunications or technology sector.
Certificates Salesforce Fundamentals | Administrator Certification are preferred.
Language Fluency in English& Arabic language (Written &Spoken).
