Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to contribute to maintaining the reliable operation and maintenance of
telecommunication power equipment, including generators, rectifiers, and UPS systems. This role includes
performing regular preventive maintenance to uphold operational standards and supporting the
organization’s technical infrastructure.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance schedules, ensuring timely preventive and
corrective actions to maintain equipment reliability.
2. Mentor and guide workshop staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning units, ensuring consistent performance and minimizing
downtime.
4. Procure and prepare spare parts, ensuring all parts meet technical and regulatory standards to
support uninterrupted operations.
5. Maintain compliance with manuals, regulations, and company standards by thoroughly
documenting all maintenance activities.
6. Identify and address critical maintenance issues proactively, following company procedures to
resolve them effectively.
7. Report hazards, incidents, and occurrences promptly, adhering to safety protocols to maintain a safe
working environment.
8. Provide technical guidance in power planning, support the deployment of new projects, and aid
regional teams as required.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of power systems with overall
network operations.
10. Monitor and analyze performance data of power systems to identify trends and areas for
improvement.

Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Experience 1-3 years of experience in relevant fields.
Language Fluency in English (Written& Spoken).
