Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to coordinate and monitor the execution of commercial Requests for
Change (RFCs) and marketing initiatives to support timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and effective
project governance. The role facilitates collaboration across Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience
functions, tracks project progress, maintains project documentation, and supports roadmap and budget
monitoring activities. Through effective coordination, reporting, and process adherence, the role directly
contributes to improved project visibility, successful implementation of marketing initiatives, stronger
cross-functional collaboration, and the achievement of marketing objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate commercial Requests for Change (RFCs) with Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience
teams.
2. Track and monitor RFC milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
3. Escalate project risks, dependencies, and implementation issues to relevant stakeholders.
4. Facilitate coordination meetings with Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience teams to review RFC
progress and priorities.
5. Communicate RFC updates, issues, and action items to relevant stakeholders.
6. Follow up on agreed actions and decisions resulting from meetings and project reviews.
7. Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and implementation updates.
8. Monitor adherence to established marketing processes, governance requirements, and operating
procedures.
9. Maintain project records, meeting minutes, trackers, and reporting documentation.
10. Consolidate marketing roadmap updates and project status inputs from stakeholders.
11. Support preparation and monitoring of marketing budgets and expenditure reports.
12. Collect and analyze financial and operational data from relevant stakeholders.

3. Project Reporting & Dashboard Management: Ability to prepare, maintain, and analyze project
reports, dashboards, KPIs, and status updates.
4. Marketing Planning & Roadmap Tracking: Ability to monitor marketing initiatives, consolidate
roadmap updates, and track implementation progress.
5. Budget Monitoring & Financial Tracking: Ability to track budgets, analyze expenditures, and
support financial reporting activities.
6. Process Governance & Documentation Management: Ability to maintain project documentation,
monitor process adherence, and support governance requirements.
Qualifications:
Education
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a
related field.
Experience
0-1 years of experience in project management and commercial RFCs (Request for
Change), market planning
Certificates Basic project management knowledge: certification (e.g., CAPM, Agile) is a plus
Language Fluency in English & Arabic (Written &Spoken).
