Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to support network reliability and operational stability by executing
preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring performance, and collaborating on site upgrades. This
role directly impacts service continuity and customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution, resource
optimization, and adherence to technical standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to maintain site availability and reduce
downtime, meeting MTTR targets.
2. Track and monitor network performance using management systems to identify anomalies and
recommend timely corrective actions.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in radio, transmission, and power systems to restore
service quickly.
4. Assist in site integration and upgrades by executing technical tasks under guidance from senior
professionals.
5. Develop and implement PM schedules to extend equipment lifespan and optimize OPEX.
6. Plan and manage fuel and electricity resources to support uninterrupted site operations and cost
efficiency.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support for projects and operational
needs and provide guidance for engineers and technicians.
8. Test and validate maintenance activities to confirm compliance with SLA and KPI standards.
9. Document technical findings and maintenance reports to support decision-making and continuous
improvement.
10. Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency and reduce
recurring faults.

Technical Competencies:
1. Radio & Transmission Systems Knowledge: Proficient in BTS, NodeB, eNodeB, microwave links, and
transmission systems for optimal network performance.
2. Power Systems Management: Expertise in managing generators, batteries, solar systems, ATS, and
rectifiers to ensure continuous site operation.
3. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Skilled in executing scheduled and unscheduled
maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
4. Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis: Ability to identify root causes of technical issues and apply
effective solutions to restore service quickly.
5. Network Performance Monitoring: Competence in using tools like U2020 and OWS to track KPIs,
SLAs, and identify performance gaps.
6. Safety & Compliance Standards: Knowledge of telecom safety protocols and ability to implement
high security standards during field operations.
Qualifications:
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related
fields.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in radio operations, transmission, and power telecommunication
engineering.
Certificates
Huawei Certified Network Associate (HCNA) | Certified Wireless Network Administrator
(CWNA) | ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
Language Fluency in English (Written & Spoken).
