Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to support financial operations by processing transactions, maintaining
records, and contributing to reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role controls spending against
approved budgets, matches collections with bank statements, and ensures financial accuracy in line with
regulations and systems to safeguard the company’s financial integrity.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
1. Review cash advance and petty cash reimbursement requests and maintain documentation for
accuracy and supporting compliance.
2. Review requisitions, prepare invoices, and archive supporting documents in accordance with
financial procedures.
3. Generate purchase orders (POs), process payments, and apply dealer receipts using the financial
system to ensure accurate vendor account reconciliation.
4. Collect bank statements and reconcile transactions against internal records to identify discrepancies
and maintain financial accuracy.
5. Prepare reconciliation reports and submit them for internal review to support monthly financial
reporting and audits.
6. Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees, suppliers, and vendors to support
financial operations and enhance collaboration across departments.
7. Contribute to budget forecast preparation by providing relevant financial data and insights to
support informed financial planning.
8. Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in line with reporting timelines to support
timely and informed decision-making.
9. Safeguard financial data confidentiality and perform database backups when required to protect
sensitive information and support data recovery.
10. Comply with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to maintain organizational
integrity and legal compliance.

Technical Competencies:
1. Budgeting & Forecasting: Ability to contribute to budget planning and forecasting by analyzing

2. AP & AR Operations: Ability to process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately, ensuring proper
application to vendor and customer accounts and timely resolution of discrepancies.
3. Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process Management: Skill in reviewing requisitions, generating purchase
orders, matching invoices to POs, and maintaining documentation in compliance with financial
procedures.
4. Financial Reporting: Skill in preparing financial statements and reports that reflect business
performance and comply with internal and external standards.
5. Bank Reconciliation & Cash Management: Competence in reconciling bank statements with internal
records, identifying variances, and ensuring accurate cash and bank balances.
6. Internal Control & Compliance: Applies control frameworks and validates supporting documentation
to prevent fraud, ensure policy adherence, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any other relevant field
Experience 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
Certificates
Relevant certifications, such as CMA| Certified Accounts Payable Specialist (CAPS)|
Certified Accounts Receivable Specialist (CARS), are preferred.
Language Fluency in English (written & spoken).
