Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to coordinate workshop operations in KRT Center, focusing on
preventive and corrective maintenance, resource planning, and performance optimization. The Engineer
supervises technical teams, collaborates across departments, and contributes to digitizing workflows to
enhance network availability, operational efficiency, and service quality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for GKRT workshop sites to improve
equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
2. Track and update trouble tickets in OWS to maintain accurate records and support timely resolution.
3. Maintain and update workshop site databases to support operational transparency and decision making.
4. Coordinate with workshop technicians and riggers to meet technical KPIs, SLA targets, and MTTR
benchmarks.
5. Plan electricity and fuel requirements for workshop sites to support uninterrupted operations.
6. Implement site security measures to protect assets and maintain operational integrity.
7. Oversee BTS corrective and preventive maintenance activities to maintain network performance.
8. Monitor technical activities related to new projects and hosting operations to support integration
and compliance.
9. Coordinate with NEC, RNO, and PMO to support the implementation of new or expanded sites in
Khartoum North.
10. Evaluate field maintenance reports and recommend efficient solutions to recurring issues.
11. Request and manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance schedules and reduce delays.
12. Review workshop performance reports daily to identify trends and guide operational improvements.

MW technologies to support field operations and equipment optimization.
2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Develop and implement structured maintenance schedules
to improve equipment reliability and reduce service interruptions.
3. Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex faults in BTS, transmission, and power
systems using specialized tools and techniques.
4. Workshop Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, SLAs, and MTTR metrics, and analyze performance
data to guide operational improvements.
5. Resource & Inventory Management: Manage tools, spare parts, and manpower efficiently to
support maintenance activities and meet service delivery targets.
6. Acceptance Testing & Quality Validation: Conduct and evaluate acceptance tests for new
installations and upgrades to verify compliance with technical standards.
Qualifications:
Education A college B.SC in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
Experience
0-1 years of experience in radio network field operations, transmission systems, and
workshop supervision.
Language Fluency in English (Written & Spoken).
