Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute maintenance plans for HVAC and power systems
to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and energy efficiency. This role provides technical expertise in
troubleshooting, testing, and project support while collaborating with teams and stakeholders to achieve
operational excellence and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize HVAC system reliability.
2. Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning systems, restoring functionality and minimizing downtime.
3. Evaluate and certify spare parts for power equipment to maintain operational standards.
4. Execute maintenance tasks and document results in compliance with manuals and regulations.
5. Identify critical maintenance needs and act promptly to prevent system failures.
6. Report hazards and incidents, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
7. Provide technical support for power planning and regional projects to achieve performance targets.
8. Monitor equipment performance and recommend optimization strategies for energy efficiency.
9. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to secure timely and quality service delivery.
10. Maintain inventory records and initiate procurement of replacement parts to avoid shortages.
11. Contribute to developing and implementing maintenance policies for continuous improvement.
12. Participate in team meetings and share insights to enhance operational effectiveness.
13. Comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards to uphold regulatory requirements.

protocols for HVAC and power systems.

Qualifications:
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering Technology, or a
related field.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in HVAC systems operation and maintenance, including
troubleshooting and repair.
Certificates Certified HVAC Professional (CHP) | OSHA Safety Certification are preferred.
Language Fluency in English (Written & spoken).
