Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to maximize revenue from Sudatel’s international capacity and data
services through contributing to the formulation of growth strategies, sourcing the best data service
providers, and building strong, collaborative relationships with international carriers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the Development strategies for the capacity and data services in line with the
overall strategy of Sudatel
2. Contribute to developing, implementing, and managing plans, budgets & targets related to the
international capacity and data services in line with the overall strategy.
3. Continuously searching for techniques to reduce the operating cost.
4. Negotiate prices/rates of the international and national capacity and data services.
5. Manage the preparation and presentation of the commercial offers.
6. Negotiate the terms and clauses of the master service agreements and their annexes related to
capacity and data services with both of the selling and purchasing carriers.
7. End-to-end management of the capacity and data services operations and coordination with
relevant departments/divisions to avoid revenue leakage.
8. Monitor the existing agreements and any other commercial changes that may affect the service.
9. Coordinate closely with the teams of other relevant divisions to ensure the timely launching and
implementation of new capacity and data services.
10. Forecast for the capacity requirements for the company’s capacity and data services needs in
line with the overall strategy.
11. Coordinate with relevant divisions to ensure the provision of cost-efficient voice routes and
roaming signaling links.
12. Represent the company at various international events and gatherings in the area of capacity
and data services

agreements (MSAs) and other contracts related to capacity and data services.
3. Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze budgets, monitor costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities
for data service sourcing and operational improvements.
4. Data Forecasting: Skilled in forecasting capacity requirements to ensure Sudatel has the resources
to meet future data service needs.
5. Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects related to capacity and data service
launches, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
6. Regulatory and Compliance Awareness: Demonstrates understanding of international telecom
regulations, licensing requirements, and compliance standards to ensure all capacity and data
service agreements and operations adhere to legal and industry norms.
Qualifications:
Education
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Telecommunications Engineering,
Information Technology, or any other equivalent degree.
• An MBA is preferred.
Experience 8+ years in the Telecommunications industry, undertaking a similar role
Language Fluency in the English language (Written& Spoken)
