Job Title: Insurance Manager

Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to manage and optimize the company’s insurance activities. This
involves developing tailored insurance policies, overseeing claims processing, and implementing risk
mitigation strategies to protect the company’s assets and ensure compliance with industry standards
and regulations. This role requires strong collaboration with insurance providers, legal teams, and
internal stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms, resolve claims efficiently, and minimize potential
losses and liabilities.
Duties & responsibilities:
1. Execute insurance strategies and policies specifically designed for the telecom industry.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers to negotiate favorable terms,
coverage limits, and premiums.
3. Continuously monitor insurance market trends and recommend necessary adjustments to
insurance programs.
4. Supervise the processing and settlement of all insurance claims, including property and liability
claims.
5. Investigate and assess claim requests to determine coverage eligibility and ensure timely
resolution.
6. Work closely with legal and risk management teams to handle claims and litigation effectively.
7. Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential losses and
liabilities.
8. Implement and maintain safety and loss prevention programs aimed at reducing insurance claims
and premiums.
9. Ensure all insurance and risk management practices comply with regulatory requirements and
industry standards.

Qualifications required:
Education:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in business administration insurance, insurance, or a related field.
Experience:
▪ 5 – 7 years of experience in insurance management, preferably within the telecom or technology
industry or similar industry.
Languages:
▪ Fluent in English/Arabic (Written& Spoken)
