Job Location Inside Sudan
Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to manage employee relations operations to ensure compliance with
labor laws, consistent application of HR policies, and alignment with business objectives. This role oversees
grievance resolution, policy development, and legal risk mitigation while providing guidance to employees.
Furthermore, drive process improvements, maintain accurate documentation, and foster a fair, productive
work environment that supports organizational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the implementation of employee relations operational plans in alignment with HR strategy
and business objectives to ensure effective delivery.
2. Maintain compliance with labor laws and advise leadership on employee relations matters to
minimize legal risks.
3. Analyze employee relations data and recommend proactive solutions to improve policies and
practices for a positive work environment.
4. Guide managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices to ensure
consistent application.
5. Review and update employee relations policies, internal regulations, and the employee handbook
to maintain clarity and relevance.
6. Communicate policies and procedures effectively to managers and employees to ensure
understanding and adherence.
7. Coordinate with the learning team to implement training for managers on employee relations and
grievance handling to strengthen leadership capability.
8. Partner with legal teams to ensure consistent interpretation of HR policies and oversee contract
reviews and amendments for compliance.
9. Represent the company in legal proceedings to safeguard organizational interests and maintain
compliance.
10. Monitor attendance, manage leave balances, and approve overtime requests while ensuring
accurate payroll coordination to maintain workforce efficiency.
11. Manage resignation, termination, retirement, and suspension processes in line with company
policies and legal requirements to ensure smooth transitions.
12. Investigate and resolve employee grievances promptly and impartially; supervise investigation
committees and recommend disciplinary actions to uphold fairness.
13. Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance employee
experience and retention.
14. Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations documentation and prepare reports for
audits to ensure compliance and readiness.
15. Manage team performance by setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a high-performing
work environment.

4. Employee Relations Investigation: Leads impartial and thorough investigations into grievances and
disciplinary cases, ensuring accurate documentation and fair resolutions.
5. Data Analysis: Analyzes employee relations data and trends to identify root causes, recommend
proactive solutions, and improve workplace policies and practices.
6. Documentation & Audit Readiness: Maintains accurate, secure employee relations records and
prepares detailed reports for audits to ensure compliance and organizational transparency.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Experience
6-8 years of relevant HR experience focusing on employee relations. At least 2 years in a
managerial role.
Certificates SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP | Labor law and regulations Training is preferred.
Language Fluency in English and Arabic (written & spoken).
