Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the implementation and management of Telecom,
Mobile, and BSS projects within the Wireless Local (WL) domain. This role also involves supporting project
execution by performing daily follow-ups, providing technical assistance, and preparing documentation.
Through collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in project activities, the role
helps ensure timely delivery, technical accuracy, and operational alignment of assigned initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Follow up daily on assigned Telecom, Mobile, and BSS projects to ensure tasks are progressing according
to schedule and escalate delays or issues as needed.
2. Support the tender evaluation process by reviewing technical documentation and assisting in the
preparation of assessment materials.
3. Assist in contractor evaluations by gathering relevant data and contributing to the review of compliance
with project requirements.
4. Provide technical support to the project team by troubleshooting basic issues, documenting findings,
and contributing to implementation activities.
5. Prepare accurate and timely reports on the status of assigned projects, highlighting progress, challenges,
and recommendations for improvement.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project tasks and timelines, and contribute to
maintaining smooth execution.
7. Document technical activities and decisions to support knowledge sharing and ensure traceability
throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Observe senior engineers and participate in field or office-based implementation tasks to build technical
knowledge and practical experience.

2. Basic Network Configuration: Understands and assists in configuring mobile network elements
under supervision, including basic setup of RAN and BSS components.
3. Site Implementation Support: Participates in on-site activities such as equipment installation,
testing, and verification, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
4. Monitoring Tools Usage: Uses standard monitoring tools to track project progress and network
performance, reporting anomalies or delays to the team.
5. Tender & Contractor Support: Assists in reviewing technical documentation and contributes to
evaluation processes for vendors and contractors.
6. Project Documentation: Prepares accurate reports and records technical activities to support
project tracking and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electronic, and Electrical Engineering, or a
related field.
Experience 0-1 years of experience in mobile implementation Projects or BSS systems.
Language Intermediate in English (Written & spoken).
