Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to support the Senior Chief Commercial Officer by providing deep, datadriven analysis of the telecom group’s products and services. This includes analysis across billing systems, IT
systems, business rules, BI reports, marketing, and sales data. The goal is to ensure robust, competitive, and
cost-reflective design of products, pricing, and promotions. The role is critical to validating product concepts
and pricing strategies, including on-net, off-net, interconnect rates, bundles, pay-as-you-go tariffs, and fixed
service provision costs, by building a clear understanding of our own and competitors’ cost structures and tariffs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Analyse product and service configurations across billing, IT, CRM, and all pertinent systems to identify
misalignments, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities.
2. Review and validate business rules in billing and provisioning systems to ensure they accurately deliver
designed products and promotions.
3. Audit and proof marketing and sales propositions for consistency with product definitions and billing
capabilities.
4. Analyse BI reports, marketing data, and sales data to identify trends, test hypotheses, and evaluate
promotional ROI.
5. Develop financial models for pricing and promotion scenarios, including pay-as-you-go on-net/off-net
rates and bundle/package pricing.
6. Study voice, data, and digital service cost structures—including interconnect and network costs—to
inform sustainable and competitive pricing.
7. Benchmark competitor tariffs and packages to inform positioning and pricing recommendations.
8. Provide clear, actionable guidance to the Sr. CCO and STG management on product design, pricing
strategy, and promotional structure.
9. Work collaboratively with IT, Billing, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Regulatory teams to ensure
alignment and feasibility of recommendations.
10. Contribute to the development of pricing governance frameworks and approval processes.
Key Deliverables
1. Detailed analysis of existing products, services, and business rules with recommended
improvements.
2. Competitor tariff benchmarking reports.
3. Pricing models for on-net, off-net, and bundled services.
4. ROI analysis of promotions and discount campaigns.
5. Presentations and briefs summarizing findings and recommendations to senior management.

propositions for consistency with system capabilities and product definitions.
3. Financial Modeling: Able to build pricing and promotion models, including pay-as-you-go and bundled
scenarios, to support strategic decision-making.
4. Cost Structure Analysis: Understands voice, data, and digital service cost components, including
interconnect and network costs, to inform pricing strategies.
5. Product Configuration Analysis: Skilled in reviewing and interpreting product and service setups
across billing, CRM, and IT systems to identify misalignments and improvement opportunities.
6. Business Rule Validation: Proficient in auditing and validating business logic within billing and
provisioning systems to ensure accurate delivery of products and promotions.
7. Competitive Benchmarking: Skilled in analyzing competitor tariffs and packages to guide pricing and
positioning decisions.
Qualifications
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer
Science, Finance, or a related field.
A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience
8-10 years of experience in telecom pricing, product management, business analysis,
or strategy consulting.
Deep understanding of telecom service cost structures (voice, data, digital services).
Proven ability to work with complex billing, IT, CRM, or BI systems data.
Experience in modelling pricing scenarios and conducting ROI analyses.
Expertise in interconnect tariffs and regulatory considerations in telecom pricing is an
advantage.
Certificates Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)| Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data
Analyst Associate | IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate are preferred.
Language Fluency in the English language (Written & Spoken).
