Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Telecom,
Mobile, and BSS systems within assigned projects. The role performs basic technical tasks, assists engineers
during deployment activities, and ensures accurate documentation of field operations. Through hands-on
support and collaboration with project teams, the role contributes to the timely and quality execution of
mobile infrastructure initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the installation and configuration of mobile and BSS equipment at project sites, ensuring
compliance with technical specifications.
2. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of deployed systems to support service
continuity.
3. Document field activities, including installation steps, issues encountered, and resolutions, to
support project tracking and reporting.
4. Support engineers during testing and verification phases by preparing tools, collecting data, and
executing assigned tasks.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure readiness of sites and availability of
required materials.
6. Monitor equipment functionality and report anomalies or faults to the supervising engineer.
7. Follow safety and operational guidelines during all field activities to ensure compliance with
company and regulatory standards.
8. Update inventory records for tools and equipment used during implementation.
9. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and on-the-job training to build technical proficiency.

supervision.
4. Tool Handling & Safety: Operates basic tools and follows safety procedures during fieldwork.
5. Technical Documentation: Records field activities and updates project logs with relevant technical
details.
6. Inventory & Resource Tracking: Maintains records of tools and materials used in deployment
activities.
Qualifications:
Education
A college diploma in Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related
field.
Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in mobile and BSS system implementation or technical
support.
Language Intermediate in English (Written & spoken).
