Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to develop and maintain electromechanical systems that integrate
mechanical and electrical components, ensuring reliability, safety, and quality. This role collaborates with
cross-functional teams to support system integration, conduct analysis and testing, troubleshoot issues, and
assist in implementing automation and maintenance processes to achieve efficient and innovative
performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop electromechanical systems and components under guidance, ensuring compliance with safety,
reliability, and quality standards to deliver robust and compliant designs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration of systems and contribute to innovative
solutions that meet project objectives.
3. Analyze and test new designs, performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting technical issues to
ensure functionality and resolve defects promptly.
4. Track and support corrective and preventive maintenance processes to maintain optimal system
performance and minimize downtime.
5. Prepare accurate project documentation, including schematics and operational manuals to enable clear
understanding and proper implementation.
6. Execute and assist in refining automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual
intervention.
7. Monitor electromechanical systems and perform routine maintenance to ensure continuous reliability
and operational safety.
8. Coordinate with software engineers to integrate electronic control systems into mechanical frameworks
to achieve seamless interoperability.
9. Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and
support innovation.
10. Evaluate cost, reliability, and safety factors to inform design decisions and optimize resource utilization

Qualifications:
Education
A bachelor’s degree in electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical
engineering, or any related field.
Experience 1-3 Years’ experience with electrotechnical systems and components.
Certificates
Certifications in Computer-aided design (CAD) software programs| Microsoft Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint).
Language Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
