Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to contribute to managing the performance, integrity, and strategic
alignment of Sudani and Sudatel’s digital platforms. This includes ensuring timely content updates,
optimizing user experience, and maintaining brand consistency across websites and digital touchpoints. The
role supports corporate communications objectives by delivering a seamless, credible, and commercially
attuned digital presence that reflects institutional priorities and engages diverse audiences.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the performance, structure, and optimization of Sudani and Sudatel websites to ensure
functionality, accessibility, and alignment with commercial goals.
2. Manage and execute timely content updates across digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and
brand consistency in coordination with the MarCom team.
3. Monitor website analytics, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for
improvement and inform strategic decisions.
4. Ensure compliance of digital platforms with brand tone, positioning guidelines, and technical
governance standards.
5. Coordinate with IT and digital marketing teams to resolve technical issues and implement platform
enhancements.
6. Conduct regular audits and test digital touchpoints to maintain platform integrity and ensure quality
assurance.
7. Support the deployment of digital campaigns, landing pages, and interactive features that enhance
engagement and conversion in collaboration with marketing team.
8. Curate and publish executive, CSR, and thought leadership content in collaboration with relevant
departments.
9. Track and report on digital KPIs including traffic, bounce rates, conversion, and engagement metrics.
10. Recommend improvements based on data insights, user feedback, and evolving digital trends.
11. Maintain content localization and community relevance across regional and CSR-aligned digital
initiatives.
12. Uphold digital governance protocols and escalate risks related to content accuracy, platform security,
or brand representation.
13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect strategic priorities, campaigns, and executive
messaging in digital channels.

and performance.
4. Platform Integrity & QA: Experienced in conducting audits, testing, and resolving technical issues
across digital platforms.
5. Executive & CSR Content Deployment: Capable of publishing high-impact content aligned with
institutional messaging and community engagement.
6. Digital Governance & Risk Escalation: Knowledgeable in digital compliance, brand standards, and
escalation procedures.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience 3-5 years of experience in digital platform management, website optimization, or content
governance.
Certificates Google Analytics | HubSpot CMS | Meta Certified Digital Marketing | SEO/UX Certifications
preferred.
Language Fluency in English language (Written & Spoken).
