Report To Senior Chief Operation Officer
Main Job Purpose:
The main job purpose of this position is to lead the collection, validation, and analysis of operational and
strategic data across multiple systems and departments, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with
governance standards. The role focuses on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights through
advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, trend forecasting, and prescriptive analytics. By
monitoring and developing interactive dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and performance
models, this position supports informed decision-making, strategic planning, cost optimization, and
continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Gather, validate, and consolidate data from multiple departments and sources to ensure accuracy
and completeness.
2. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reporting templates, and visualization tools for
performance tracking.
3. Analyze data trends, KPIs, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights for efficiency
improvements by implementing advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, trend
forecasting, and prescriptive analytics.
4. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and required reports for management and stakeholders.
5. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company standards.
6. Collaborate with IT/technology and business units to automate data collection and reporting
processes.
7. Support forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning through data-driven analysis.
8. Conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations and recommend corrective actions.
9. Maintain data governance standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Monitor Operation quality KPIs and suggest corrective measures when needed.
11. Identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
12. Provide analytical support for strategic projects, including scenario modeling and assessments, etc.
13. Cooperate with the Executive team and other levels to support the status reporting and action
plans follow-up.
14. Analyze and monitor project performance across schedule, cost, scope, quality, and risks using
data‑driven indicators.
15. Produce consolidated portfolio‑level dashboards and executive reports to provide clear visibility on
project status, priorities, and dependencies.
16. Identify project variances and delivery risks, applying trend and predictive analysis to anticipate
issues and recommend corrective actions.
17. Support project governance through standardized status reporting, issue escalation insights, and
action‑plan tracking.

3. Experienced in building models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis to support
strategic and operational decision-making.
4. Efficiency Analysis: Proficient in analyzing the operational KPIs to identify inefficiencies and
recommend optimization strategies.
5. Competitive & Benchmark Analysis : Capable of conducting comparative analysis of industry
benchmarks and internal performance metrics to guide operational improvements.
6. Data Governance & Quality Assurance: Skilled in validating data integrity, business rules, and
compliance standards across multiple systems (CRM, ERP, billing) to ensure accurate reporting.
Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related
field.
• (Master’s degree preferred)
Experience 6–8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting within a
telecom or technology-driven environment.
Certificates Professional certifications in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Data Analytics are highly desirable.
Certifications in Data Governance or Oracle ERP systems are preferred.
Language Fluency in the English Language (Written & Spoken).
