Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to assist in the revenue protection and operational integrity by
performing data analysis, detecting revenue leakage, and executing assurance and measurement activities.
This role involves assisting in audits, investigations, reporting, and control assessments to improve
efficiency, compliance, and accuracy of business assurance processes. Additionally, contributes to
monitoring KPIs, validating information sources, and documenting findings to strengthen oversight and
decision-making.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Analyze revenue data to identify potential revenue risks and support mitigation actions that reduce
financial exposure.
2. Measure and report financial leakage across Sudani’s products and services to enable data-driven
decision-making.
3. Review usage controls and investigate anomalies to determine root causes and recommend
corrective measures.
4. Support internal and external audits by coordinating data sourcing between Business Assurance and
IT to ensure audit readiness.
5. Conduct margin and profitability analyses for existing offers and products and provide data-based
insights.
6. Execute assigned special projects aimed at identifying revenue opportunities and contributing to
continuous improvement efforts.
7. Perform Business Assurance (BA) measurements and apply controls to enhance revenue
performance and reduce leakage.
8. Verify the accuracy and completeness of methodologies, data inputs, and evidence used for
reporting and audits.
9. Validate internal and external reports to ensure consistency, reliability, and data integrity.
10. Prepare operational reports for management to improve visibility over revenue risks and assurance
activities.
11. Support the development of predictive analyses related to customer behavior and revenue risk
trends under guidance.
12. Assist in assessing system and tool requirements to ensure implementations align with business
needs and improve efficiency.
13. Document and report all revenue loss incidents to support transparency and corrective action
planning.
14. Monitor and update the RAFM manuals to reflect emerging risks and maintain an accurate control
framework.
15. Collaborate with operational, IT, and risk units to support initiatives that reduce leakage, lower costs,
and enhance productivity.
16. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to help anticipate and address emerging revenue
risks.

revenue streams.

5. Control Management: Skilled in managing and implementing revenue assurance control
frameworks.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting: Uses analytical tools to collect, interpret, and visualize data, producing
accurate reports that enhance management insight and operational oversight.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or other related fields.
Experience
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Limited experience with SQL development, particularly with PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience in developing and coding complex queries.
Certificates
Preferred certificates are Certified Revenue Assurance Professional (CRAP) Entry Level|
Certified Data Analyst| and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
Language Fluency in English language (written & spoken).
