Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to drive sales of sudani’s broadband connectivity to the residential
sector/households. This role is focused on acquiring, retaining, and expanding the customer base by
developing convenient accessibility and reaching strategies for households, fostering and maintaining
profitable business relationships with retail partners, and ensuring a professional and outstanding customer
experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop creative initiatives to increase sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
2. Develop comprehensive annual, monthly, weekly, and daily sales plans, including revenue,
3. targets, subscriber goals, and sales visits, in alignment with the company’s strategic direction .
4. Create annual sales plans tailored to target residential segments to drive new customers, and
acquisitions and sustain revenue growth .
5. Plan and manage the prospecting and acquisition of new customers within cities and neighborhoods,
ensuring continuous reach-outs .
6. Plan regular sales campaigns targeting all the potential residential touchpoints.
7. Recruit and establish networks of retail and services delivery partners (third party) to increase the
and improve the service delivery and technical support.
8. Manage, coach, train, and develop account managers and the sales team within the residential
sector.
9. Engage closely with all relevant stakeholders to coordinate sales campaigns, launch new services,
and other marketing and sales activities .
10. Manage and oversee monthly payment processing to retail partners based on target achievement
and the signed contract terms .
11. Follow up closely on installations, pre-sales, and after-sales services with all relevant stakeholders
with a closed-loop feedback process for continuous improvement .
12. Plan upselling and cross-selling campaign activities .
13. Maintain an updated product portfolio .
14. Develop and maintain updated maps of FLIP services coverage (stations, fiber, etc.) .
15. Utilize company platforms and technologies to perform all tasks.
16. Adhere strictly to Sudatel group sales policies and regulations.

2. Consumer Profiling and Segmentation: Strong commitment to understanding and meeting
customer needs.
3. Sales Channel Management: able to recruit and manage retail partners / franchise networks
across the regions.
4. Sales Campaign management: equipped with knowledge and hands-on experience of
planning andmanaging directsales campaigns and retail marketing activities.
5. Market Analysis: Skills in analyzing market trends and identifying new customer acquisition
opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related
field.
• MBA is a plus.
Experience 5 – 8 Years of experience in B2C sales.
Certificates CIM certificate| training in sales| business development is a plus.
Language Fluency in English Language (Written & Spoken).
