Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to align business needs with IT solutions by coordinating between
technical and business units. Ensure applications meet performance and capacity targets while optimizing
resources. Lead planning and implementation of scalable services that support organizational growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Align business needs with IT solutions by analyzing requirements received through the change
management tool and transferring them to development/configuration teams.
2. Apply tailored requirement gathering techniques for diverse stakeholders and manage request
priorities based on business impact and resource availability.
3. Prepare feasibility assessments to evaluate the practicality of proposed implementations and
document evaluation outcomes.
4. Map business requirements into technical specifications and plan tactics for service changes and
implementation.
5. Contribute to solution creation and provide technical recommendations in collaboration with
relevant teams, including support for complex changes with the Business Analysis team.
6. Lead and coordinate multiple IT-related projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and
resource availability.
7. Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, roadmaps, and responsibility
matrices, and report progress to the line manager.
8. Assist in enforcing project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile), ensuring
timely closure and adherence to standards.
9. Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes and tools.
10. Oversee the end-to-end implementation of services and technologies, ensuring solutions meet
business needs and performance expectations.
11. Ensure all new changes are reviewed against the IT services portfolio before development to
maintain governance and alignment.
12. Play a focal role in facilitating IT services and solutions across business functions, acting as a key
liaison between technical and functional teams.
13. Collaborate with application owners and product managers to forecast capacity needs and support
software optimization initiatives.
14. Develop monitoring and reporting tools for analyzing application/system capacity and performance
15. Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the line manager and related management.
16. Coordinate with Solution Architects, Business teams, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to
align priorities, communicate key decisions, and manage dependencies and changes.
17. Diagnose and track delivery risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely mitigation and
resolution actions.
18. Coordinate vendor engagements for RFC implementation, monitor deliverables, and resolve
technical dependencies impacting delivery timelines.

Technical Competencies:
1. Technical Documentation & Visualization: Skilled in using Microsoft Office and Visio to create clear,
structured documentation, diagrams, and reports.
2. Basic Programming & Database Knowledge: Understands core programming concepts and
languages (e.g., C++, SQL) to assess feasibility and collaborate effectively with development teams
during solution implementation.
3. IT Service Architecture Understanding: Demonstrates a solid grasp of how IT services are structured
and interconnected within telecom environments. Ensuring effective solution design and alignment
with business needs.
4. Project Planning & Task Management: Proficient in using project management tools and
methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to plan, budget, and deliver IT projects on time and within
scope. Manages multiple concurrent initiatives while optimizing resource allocation
5. Capacity Planning & Performance Monitoring: Develops and utilizes tools to monitor system
performance and forecast capacity needs. Ensures applications meet performance targets and scale
with business growth.
6. Telecom & IT Industry Knowledge: Applies domain-specific knowledge of telecom operations,
systems, and service flows to ensure solutions are relevant, scalable, and aligned with industry
standards.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or any related field.
Experience
6-8 years of experience in IT project management, business requirements analysis, and
solution implementation, at least 4 years in the telecom and IT industry.
Certificates A certificate in ITIL v4.0| PMP, Prince 2, is preferred.
Language Fluency in English (written & spoken).
