Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to advise and drive the strategic development of international voice and
transit business across Sudatel and its OpCos by optimizing commercial agreements, strengthening global
partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This role contributes expert insights to enhance
interconnection performance, ensure competitive positioning, and support sustainable growth across
multiple markets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Advise on international voice and transit strategies across Sudani and Opcos to maximize revenue
and optimize interconnect costs.
2. Lead high-level negotiations with international carriers and partners to secure favorable
commercial, technical, and financial terms.
3. Analyze market trends, traffic flows, and pricing structures to identify growth opportunities and
improve competitive positioning.
4. Develop and recommend group-level commercial frameworks and partnership models to enhance
group-wide carrier relationships.
5. Influence strategic decisions by providing expert insights on interconnection policies, routing
strategies, and global partnerships.
6. Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key international carriers and stakeholders
to support long-term collaboration.
7. Support dispute resolution and complex commercial issues with partners through expert negotiation
and advisory input.
8. Collaborate with Opcos to align international voice strategies, ensuring consistency and synergy
across markets.
9. Recommend optimization strategies for routing, cost management, and revenue assurance
frameworks across all operating companies.
10. Provide guidance on regulatory, commercial, and operational matters related to international
interconnect and transit business.
11. Evaluate the financial performance of the international voice and transit business and propose
corrective actions to improve profitability.
12. Contribute to group-level initiatives, working groups, and strategic forums to shape international
voice business direction.

work environment. Proactively addresses stakeholder concerns to ensure satisfaction and support
business continuity.
5. Strategic Partnership Development: Ability to identify, develop, and structure strategic
partnerships with international carriers and regional operators, creating long-term value through
innovative business models, joint initiatives, and mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
6. Regulatory & Compliance Expertise: Strong understanding of international telecom regulations and
interconnect frameworks across different geographies.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Marketing, IT, or a relevant field is required.
Experience
8-10 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in both telecom and commercial
fields.
Certificates Relevant Certifications such as PMP are preferred.
Language Fluency in English (written & spoken).
