Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to maintain network reliability and operational efficiency by executing
preventive maintenance, resolving technical issues, and supporting site expansions. This role directly
contributes to service continuity and customer satisfaction through accurate reporting, resource
optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to maintain site reliability and reduce
downtime.
2. Analyze trouble tickets and provide timely updates through OWS to accelerate issue resolution.
3. Coordinate workshop technicians and riggers to complete tasks according to KPIs and SLAs,
improving operational performance.
4. Plan and manage fuel and electricity resources to support uninterrupted site operations.
5. Monitor technical activities for new projects and operator hosting to ensure smooth integration and
service continuity.
6. Apply maintenance procedures consistently to sustain high network availability and reliability.
7. Perform maintenance on radio, power, and transmission equipment to maintain optimal
functionality.
8. Collaborate with NEC, RNO, and PMO to execute site expansions and resolve service requests
promptly.
9. Optimize resource utilization (tools, manpower, spare parts) to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
10. Evaluate maintenance reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring issues and
provide guidance for engineers and technicians.
11. Document inventory status and initiate spare part requests to maintain operational readiness.
12. Report progress and technical findings to stakeholders for transparency and continuous
improvement.
13. Support cross-functional initiatives by providing accurate technical data and collaborating
effectively.

technologies, and Reasonable knowledge of SDH, WDM technology to maintain optimal network
performance.
2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Ability to execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
activities to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
3. Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis: Skilled in identifying root causes of complex technical issues and
applying effective solutions to restore service quickly.
4. Resource Optimization: Proficiency in managing manpower, tools, and spare parts to maximize
operational efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Acceptance Testing & Quality Assurance: Competence in conducting system tests and validating
compliance with technical standards and SLAs.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to interpret maintenance data, generate actionable insights, and
prepare reports for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience
4–6 years of hands-on experience in radio operations, transmission systems, and power
telecommunication engineering.
Certificates
Huawei Certified Network Professional (HCNP) | Certified Wireless Network Professional
(CWNP) | ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
Language Fluency in English (Written & Spoken).
