Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the operational excellence in the Kordufan Region
Network by executing advanced maintenance, optimizing resource utilization, and resolving complex
technical issues. This role directly impacts network reliability, customer experience, and organizational
performance through proactive problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans to reduce downtime and extend equipment
lifespan, achieving network availability targets.
2. Communicate timely updates and feedback on trouble tickets through OWS to maintain
transparency and accelerate resolution.
3. Supervise and guide workshop technicians and riggers to achieve compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and
MTTR, improving operational performance.
4. Plan and manage fuel and electricity resources to guarantee uninterrupted site operations and cost
efficiency.
5. Monitor and contribute to technical activities for new projects and operator hosting, ensuring
successful integration and service continuity.
6. Apply field maintenance standards and procedures to maintain high reliability and minimize service
disruptions.
7. Supervise maintenance of radio, power, and transmission systems to sustain optimal network
performance.
8. Coordinate with NEC, RNO, and PMO to implement new or expanded sites and resolve service
requests promptly.
9. Optimize resource allocation (manpower, tools, machinery) to enhance productivity and reduce
operational costs.
10. Analyze maintenance reports and resolve issues creatively to improve system reliability and prevent
recurring faults.
11. Manage inventory and initiate spare part requests to maintain operational readiness and minimize
delays.
12. Support cross-functional projects by providing technical expertise and ensuring alignment with
organizational objectives.
13. Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and technical knowledge to build team
capability.

3. Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis: Skilled in identifying root causes of complex technical issues
and applying effective solutions to restore service quickly.
4. Resource Optimization: Proficiency in managing manpower, tools, and spare parts to maximize
operational efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Acceptance Testing & Quality Assurance: Competence in conducting system tests and validating
compliance with technical standards and SLAs.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to interpret maintenance data, generate actionable insights, and
prepare reports for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
5–6 years of hands-on experience in radio operations, transmission systems, and power
telecommunication engineering.
Certificates
Huawei Certified Network Professional (HCNP) | Certified Wireless Network Professional
(CWNP) | ITIL Foundation Certification are preferred.
Language Fluency in English (Written & Spoken).
