Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to drive operational excellence across regional Network Field Operations
by delivering expert technical support and guidance on power systems. This role involves leveraging
advanced analytical skills to proactively identify and resolve network power issues, ensuring maximum
uptime and adherence to performance standards. Additionally, collaborate cross-functionally to implement
innovative solutions that optimize power infrastructure and reduce operational costs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose complex power faults and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to restore
service within defined MTTR targets, ensuring minimal network disruption.
2. Monitor and validate the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across
regions, ensuring alignment with departmental standards and timely completion.
3. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of NFO spare parts, including procurement, inventory control,
and fault rate analysis, to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce downtime.
4. Drive innovative initiatives aimed at optimizing power infrastructure and reducing OPEX,
contributing to cost-efficiency and sustainability goals.
5. Analyze network performance data and KPI reports to identify recurring issues
and recommend actionable solutions that enhance operational reliability.

6. Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and develop corrective and preventive
measures that improve safety and operational standards.
7. Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Field Operations, Planning, and Deployment teams
to resolve technical challenges and streamline maintenance workflows.
8. Design and deliver training modules on power systems to enhance the technical competencies of
Field Maintenance Engineers and improve PM and CM effectiveness.
9. Support regional NFO operations by executing ad hoc tasks within scope, ensuring responsiveness
and alignment with organizational priorities.

Technical Competencies:
1. Power Systems Expertise: Demonstrates advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in
maintaining and optimizing DC plants, UPSs, hybrid systems, diesel generators, AC stabilizers, and
cooling units supporting telecom infrastructure (BTS, TRX, Switching Centers, Data Centers).
2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Planning: Designs and oversees structured maintenance
programs that align with departmental standards, ensuring high system availability and reduced
MTTR.
3. System Monitoring & Management: Proficient in utilizing platforms such as Huawei OWS, Huawei
NetEco, and DSE to monitor, analyze, and manage power systems performance, ensuring proactive
fault detection and resolution.
4. Huawei Power Solutions: Applies in-depth understanding of Huawei’s power architecture and
components to support troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimization.
5. Incident Analysis & Risk Mitigation: Applies structured methodologies to investigate technical
incidents and accidents, identify systemic risks, and implement corrective actions that enhance
safety and operational resilience.
6. Operational Process Optimization: Utilizes data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration
to streamline maintenance workflows, improve resource utilization, and elevate service delivery
standards across regional operations.
Qualifications:
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems,
Machines, or Instrumentation & Control.
Experience
• 5-6 years of experience in Network Field Operations, with a strong focus on power
systems maintenance, fault analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proven track record in leading technical initiatives and optimizing operational
processes.
Certificates
ITIL | Certified Power Systems Professional (CPSP) | NFPA 70E Certification | Certified
Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS) | Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst
Associate (Power BI) | Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred.
Language Fluency in the English language (Written & Spoken).
