Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to execute high-impact corporate events and sponsorship initiatives to
strengthen Sudani’s brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. This role involves ensuring all activities
aligning with the company’s communication strategy, delivering measurable value, and fostering strategic
partnerships that enhance long-term business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, and execute Sudani events (e.g., product launches, workshops, conferences, national
celebrations) that reinforce brand positioning and stakeholder engagement.
2. Identify, evaluate, and manage sponsorship opportunities that align with Sudani’s strategic
objectives.
3. Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure mutual value creation for Sudani and its partners.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless event logistics, including
venue setup technical requirements, and guest management.
5. Contribute to producing creative concepts where branding production should be supervised by
MarCom.
6. Develop events and sponsorship proposals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered
on time and within allocated resources.
7. Manage post-event evaluations, including ROI analysis, stakeholder feedback, and media coverage
reports.
8. Collaborate with branding teams to maximize visibility and communication impact before, during,
and after events.
9. Maintain relationships with key partners, sponsors, and vendors to support ongoing collaboration
and future opportunities.
10. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify innovative event formats and
sponsorship strategies.

3. Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Ability to prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring
cost-effective delivery.
4. Vendor & Partner Relations: Strong experience in coordinating with suppliers, sponsors, and
partners.
5. Brand Activation: Knowledge of integrating branding elements into events and sponsorships for
maximum visibility.
6. Monitoring & Evaluation: Proficient in measuring event and sponsorship effectiveness, including
ROI and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or a
related field.
Experience 3–5 years of experience in event management, sponsorships, or brand activations.
Certificates
Event Management Certification | Sponsorship & Partnership Management | Corporate
Communication/Branding Certifications.
Language Fluency in English language (Written & Spoken)
