Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the development and commercial success of fixed B2B
products and bundled solutions by translating market demand and technical inputs into viable, sellable
offerings. The role applies professional analysis to support product definition, pricing, forecasting, and lifecycle
activities. Through structured product development, cross-functional coordination, and performance
monitoring, the role directly supports revenue generation, service utilization, and the organization’s ability to
deliver competitive fixed connectivity solutions to enterprise customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and update fixed B2B products, including FTTx, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), VPN,
ADSL, PSTN, and related managed services.
2. Design and implement bundled solutions combining connectivity, CPE, installation, and SLA services.
3. Analyze market demand, customer requirements, and competitor fixed service offerings.
4. Define product pricing, bandwidth tiers, SLAs, and service packages.
5. Define product attributes such as bandwidth tiers, pricing structures, and SLAs within
approved commercial frameworks.
6. Prepare business cases, revenue forecasts, and capacity plans for fixed services and CPE components.
7. Coordinate with network, technical, and operations teams to validate product feasibility and
service readiness.
8. Support go-to-market activities, including product launches, promotions, and sales training.
9. Monitor product performance KPIs such as revenue, utilization, ARPU, and service adoption.
10. Contribute to optimizing product offerings based on performance analysis and customer
feedback.
11. Support product lifecycle activities from planning through rollout and enhancement phases.
12. Maintain structured documentation for product definitions, pricing assumptions, and bundle
configurations.
13. Analyze post-launch performance and capture lessons learned for future product initiatives.
14. Assist in responding to ad-hoc commercial or product analysis requests from management.

2. Product Development & Lifecycle Support: Ability to support product development activities
across planning, launch, performance monitoring, and enhancement stages.
3. Service Bundling & Offer Configuration: Capability to design and configure bundled offerings
combining connectivity, CPE, installation, and SLAs.
4. Pricing, Bandwidth & SLA Definition: Ability to define pricing structures, bandwidth tiers, and
service-level parameters within approved commercial frameworks.
5. Financial & Commercial Analysis: Skill in preparing business cases, revenue forecasts, utilization
analysis, and basic margin or ROI assessments.
6. Cross-Functional Product Readiness Coordination: Ability to coordinate with network, technical,
operations, and sales teams to validate feasibility and readiness.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field
Experience 3–5 years in telecom, preferably in fixed services or enterprise product management
Certificates
Product Management certifications, Financial modeling/business analysis certification,
Preferred
Language Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
