Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to drive the planning and delivery of IT applications and solutions that
align with evolving business needs. This role involves translating business requirements into actionable
technology plans, supporting short, medium, and long-term organizational goals, and enabling the
successful execution of large-scale projects. Moreover, the role will play a pivotal role in accelerating and
executing organizational growth, strengthening competitive positioning, and enabling sustainable business
transformation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Analyze initial business requirements received through the change management tool to assess
relevance and feasibility for new solutions or service changes.
2. Serve as the primary liaison for all IT services and solutions across business functional departments.
3. Prepare detailed requirement assessments and feasibility evaluation documents to support
implementation decisions.
4. Apply various requirement-gathering techniques tailored to different stakeholder groups.
5. Prioritize requests based on business urgency and resource availability.
6. Oversee end-to-end implementation of services and technologies, ensuring alignment with business
goals.
7. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for standard change requests.
8. Design tactical implementation plans that align with the requirement details and project constraints.
9. Ensure all proposed changes are reviewed against the IT services portfolio before development
begins.
10. Contribute solution design and provide technical recommendations in collaboration with relevant
teams.
11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose actionable enhancements.
12. Support the Business Analysis team in developing solutions for complex changes and
implementations.
13. Manage requirement changes using structured change control processes and tools.
14. Collaborate with application owners and product managers to forecast capacity needs and optimize
software performance.
15. Develop monitoring and reporting tools for analyzing application and system capacity trends.
16. Enforce adherence to project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
17. Validate that implemented solutions meet defined business needs and performance expectations.
18. Document and communicate business requirements to development and configuration teams.
19. Lead multiple projects or programs, providing coordination and oversight as needed.
20. Create project plans, roadmaps, and responsibility matrices, ensuring timely project closure and
reporting to management.
21. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the line manager and related management.

1. Programming Languages: Working knowledge of C++ and SQL for analyzing data, developing

2. IT & Telecom Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, telecom systems, and
service delivery models to support business operations and solution planning.
3. IT Ecosystem & Service Flow: Ability to visualize and interpret the relationships between various IT
components and services, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
4. Project Management: Proficient in using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile,
Waterfall) and tools to plan, track, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
5. IT Service Management (ITSM): Understanding of IT service lifecycle and change management
processes.
6. Technical Solution: Skilled in understanding and transferring Business requirements into technical
solution specifications.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a
closely related field.
Experience 6-8 years of experience in IT and telecommunications, with at least 3 years in roles
involving application planning, solution design, or IT service delivery.
Certificates ITIL v4 Foundation| PMP (Project Management Professional) |PRINCE2 Foundation or
Practitioner| Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) are plus.
Language Fluency in English Language (Written & Spoken).
