HOW DO I BENEFIT FROM THIS SERVICE?
You can join Sudani with your current number. No need to inform family and friends of any change in number as you change your service provider.
HOW DO I SWITCH TO SUDANI?
Simply visit your closest Sudani Customer service shop.Fill in the request form and pay a fee of 10 SDG for prepaid customers and 30SDG for post paid, VAT included.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO ENJOY SUDANI SERVICES?
Once all the necassary documents are received and request is approved, only one working day is needed. The switch is done between 3:00 to 6:00pm to ensure minimum disruption.
WILL I NEED A NEW SIM CARD?
Yes. One of our service agents will give you a new Sudani SIM card with your existing number.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY EXISTING SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Upon joining Sudani all previous subscriptions and services will be cancelled. Existing credit will be lost as well as saved numbers and messages that were on your SIM card. Our service agent will help you choose from our wide range of existing offers and services.
WHAT ABOUT MY MOBILE MONEY ACCOUNT?
You will no longer be able to use this account. However, you can contact one of our agents to help you withdraw any balance in that account. Ask our agent about Sudani Mobile Money services.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I PORT MY NUMBER?
You can port again after three months. This is subject to meeting all porting requirements.
HOW AND WHEN CAN I CANCEL MY PORTING REQUEST ?
You may cancel your request at any time before 3:00pm of the porting date. After that it will be under process.
HOW DO I CONTACT SUDANI CUSTOMER CARE?
