Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to drive the development and execution of communication initiatives
that enhance brand visibility, strengthen the company’s image, and support marketing objectives. This
role ensures consistent messaging across all advertising and media channels, aligning creative outputs
with brand guidelines and market trends. By leveraging innovative design and communication strategies,
the role contributes to customer engagement and business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to implementing advertising and media strategies that align with brand objectives and
enhance market visibility.
2. Design creative content and promotional materials that effectively communicate the company’s
value proposition across various platforms.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution
of communication campaigns.
4. Monitor the performance of advertising initiatives using key metrics to assess effectiveness and
recommend improvements.
5. Ensure all communication materials comply with brand guidelines, copyright laws, and production
standards to maintain brand integrity.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder
expectations are consistently met.
7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with campaign goals and
customer insights.
8. Research market trends and competitor activities to inform creative direction and maintain
relevance in advertising efforts.
9. Support event branding and production efforts by providing creative input and ensuring consistent
visual identity.
10. Report on campaign outcomes and project progress to the Advertising & Media Manager,
highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Art, Media, or any other
related field.
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in a communication, advertising, or media role, preferably
within the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in event branding, content creation,
advertising production, or campaign management.
Certificates Google Digital Marketing & Analytics Certificate| HubSpot Content Marketing
Certification| CIM Level 6.
Language Excellent in English Language (Written & Spoken).
