You can pay your monthly invoice by one of the following methods:

  • Dial *444# and pay your invoice from your main account (balance)
  • Sudani Customer Care Centers
  • Sudabil Centers
  • ATM
  • Grooshi Service
  • Point of Sale (POS) Termnals.
  • E-payment applications.

• To inquire about your balance amount, dial *222#
• To inquire about your invoice amount, or to check your consumption from the ceiling, dial *444#
• Balance transfer is through code 303 as follow:
*303*Balance Amount In SDG*Receiver Phone Number*0000#
• Receiver phone number should consist of 10 digits including the 0. Example for balance transfer operation for amount of 50 SDGs:
• VAT is 36.25% as per Taxation Chamber of Sudan.
