Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to create and optimize high-impact visual communication that
strengthens brand positioning and translates business objectives into compelling creative execution. The
role applies advanced creative expertise to develop campaign assets, steward brand identity, and support
digital and lifecycle marketing initiatives across all channels. Through effective execution,
performance-driven design, and cross-functional collaboration, the role directly contributes to customer
engagement, brand consistency, and the organization’s ability to communicate its offerings clearly and
persuasively in a competitive telecom market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute creative concepts for ATL and BTL campaigns across TV, OOH, digital, retail,
and internal communications
2. Translate telecom products and offers (data bundles, devices, fintech, ICT services) into clear and
compelling visual narratives.
3. Develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives such as acquisition, retention, and
upsell.
4. Apply Sudani’s brand guidelines consistently across all visual materials and channels.
5. Support brand evolution initiatives as the company expands toward broader ICT positioning.
6. Review creative outputs for brand alignment, visual quality, and messaging accuracy.
7. Create visual assets for social media, websites, app banners, CRM journeys, and performance
marketing campaigns.
8. Optimize designs based on engagement, CTR, and conversion performance insights.
9. Collaborate with digital and CRM teams to support lifecycle and performance-driven campaigns.
10. Collaborate with marketing communication and product teams to align visuals with offers, pricing,
and messaging.
11. Coordinate with external agencies and production partners on creative execution and deliverables.
12. Review and guide creative work produced by junior designers.
13. Mentor junior team members by sharing creative techniques, design standards, and brand
knowledge.
14. Execute multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting quality expectations and delivery timelines.
15. Document creative standards, templates, and reusable visual elements.
16. Explore emerging design trends, tools, and formats relevant to telecom and digital marketing.
17. Support ad-hoc high-visibility initiatives assigned by the Creative Manager.

3. Digital & Multi-Format Design: Ability to design and adapt creative assets for digital platforms,
including social media, web banners, and mobile formats.
4. Design Tools Proficiency: Working proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe
Creative Suite) for day-to-day creative production.
5. Asset Adaptation & File Preparation: Ability to resize, localize, and prepare design files for
different formats, platforms, and outputs.
6. Creative Documentation & File Management: Ability to organize design files, templates, and
source materials following team standards.
7. Customer Segment Understanding & Audience-Driven Design: Ability to interpret different
customer segments and tailor visual communication to match their preferences, behavior, and
communication style.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Experience
2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design or creative production roles.
(preferably telecom, FMCG, or agency). Strong portfolio with campaign-based work, not
just static design.
Certificates
Adobe Creative Cloud Certifications | Digital Design & Content Creation Certificates
preferred.
Language Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
