Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the delivery and maintain fixed core network voice
solutions through configuration, testing, and service migration activities. The Senior Professional
contributes to solution design, monitors network performance, and supports project implementation. The
role also involves collaborating with vendors and internal teams, participating in emergency support, and
sharing technical expertise to enhance team capability and ensure service continuity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Deliver fixed core network voice solutions, ensuring operational stability and service continuity.
2. Configure various voice services across multiple platforms to meet service requirements.
3. Conduct software commissioning, integration, acceptance testing, and upgrades to support service
deployment and enhancement.
4. Manage service migration and perform ongoing maintenance to sustain performance and reliability.
5. Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess network health and report findings to the management team.
6. Contribute to solution preparation during the pre-sale phase, including High-Level Design (HLD) and LowLevel Design (LLD).
7. Follow up on project implementation, supporting timely delivery within defined scope and quality
standards.
8. Collaborate with vendors and partners to maintain service quality and resolve technical issues.
9. Participate in emergency response and 24/7 duty rotations to support critical service continuity.
10. Share technical knowledge and assist team members to foster capability development.

MSC, HSS, STP, and MGW, with hands-on experience in configuration and maintenance.
2. Voice Service Configuration: Proficient in setting up and managing voice services across multiple
platforms to meet operational requirements.
3. Service Delivery Design: Ability to contribute to High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
during solution preparation and implementation phases.
4. Software Integration & Testing: Skilled in conducting software commissioning, integration,
acceptance testing, and upgrades to support service deployment.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Capable of analyzing KPIs and generating reports to support
network performance evaluation and decision-making.
6. Project Management: Experience in project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and
adherence to scope and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related
field.
Experience
5-6 years of experience in Core CS Network operations, including voice service
configuration, testing, and maintenance.
Certificates Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP) | VoLTE Engineering Certification are preferred.
Language Fluency in English (Written & spoken).
