Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative and operational support to the litigation team
by managing documentation, coordinating case logistics, and tracking legal proceedings. This role ensures
procedural efficiency, supports legal compliance, and contributes to the organization’s ability to respond
swiftly and accurately to legal challenges.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing basic legal documents and correspondence under supervision to support
litigation and dispute resolution processes.
2. Relay communications between internal teams and external counsel to ensure timely updates and
coordination.
3. Follow litigation schedules and deadlines as instructed to help maintain procedural compliance.
4. Organize case files and legal records to support documentation accuracy and accessibility.
5. Report case updates and findings to senior staff for review and decision-making.
6. Support the preparation of regulatory dispute materials by compiling required documentation under
guidance.
7. Conduct basic legal research using provided tools to assist in case preparation and internal inquiries.
8. Monitor assigned cases and notify supervisors of any urgent developments or changes.
9. Identify procedural issues during task execution and suggest improvements within established
guidelines.
10. Learn and assist in updating legal templates and records to support consistency in documentation.

Qualifications:
Education A relevant college diploma or a high school.
Experience 0 -1 years of experience in corporate law, litigation, or dispute resolution.
Language Good at English and Arabic (written & spoken).
