This track is designed to provide graduates with a focused and immersive learning opportunity within one of Sudani's critical network domains. Participants will be assigned to one specific route based on academic background, and individual potential, graduates will gain hands-on exposure to real network environments, build domain-specific expertise, and develop the technical and professional competencies required for long-term growth within Sudani.

Specialized Routes

Route 1: Core CS & Interconnections Network

The primary objective of this role is to develop new technical talent by providing structured exposure to the Core Circuit Switched (CS) and Interconnection domain. The graduate will support the team in understanding core network functions, service behavior, and interconnection principles while participating in activities that enhance network reliability and service quality. This role helps the graduate build foundational telecom knowledge, analytical capabilities, and professional competencies needed to contribute to service availability, operational excellence, and long-term development within Sudani's Core CS & Interconnection environment.

Route 2: Fiber Backbone

The primary objective of this role is to develop foundational skills in optical backbone and transmission planning by supporting analysis, documentation, and planning activities within Sudani's network environment. The graduate will learn how optical, fiber, and DWDM systems operate, contribute to planning activities under supervision, and support the team in preparing technical data, reports, and insights that guide network development.

Route 3: National Fiber

The primary objective of this role is to support performance-driven fiber and transmission operations by analyzing network health KPIs and contributing to maintenance governance that improves uptime. The incumbent collaborates across regional, planning, deployment, NEC, and field teams to align expansion and restoration activities. The position enhances operational accuracy by maintaining quality data and applying digital tools for transparent reporting and vendor compliance. Through the Graduate Program, the candidate builds technical and professional capabilities vital to future operational excellence.

The primary objective of this role is to provide graduates with hands-on exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure, supporting daily installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance activities. Through guided learning, the graduate will assist in incident resolution, change implementation, and documentation, while building practical technical skills and collaborating with experienced teams and vendors to ensure reliable service delivery.

Route 2: QA & Testing

The primary objective of this role is to provide graduates with hands-on exposure to quality assurance practices across the software development lifecycle. As part of the Graduate Development Program, the graduate will support the assessment of services, products, and systems by executing manual and automated tests, reviewing requirements, and reporting defects. Through guided learning, the role builds strong analytical, testing, and quality-focused skills to ensure systems meet business expectations and deliver reliable user experiences.

Route 3: IT Security

The primary objective of this role is to provide graduates with hands-on exposure to IT security practices that protect systems, applications, and data. As part of the Graduate Development Program, the graduate will support security operations such as threat monitoring, vulnerability scanning, incident response, and policy enforcement. Through guided learning and cross-team collaboration, the role builds strong security awareness, risk management skills, and a solid foundation in safeguarding the organization's digital environment.

Route 4: Enterprise Applications

The Enterprise Applications role offers graduates an exciting opportunity to work with enterprise-scale systems that power core business operations. Through hands-on learning and guided support, graduates will contribute to application support and improvement while building strong system, problem-solving, and business technology skills that prepare them for impactful careers in IT and digital transformation.

Route 5: ERP HCM

The primary objective of this role is to provide graduates with hands-on exposure to Oracle ERP HCM (Cloud and On-Premises) operations within a real enterprise environment. As part of the Graduate Development Program, the graduate will support day-to-day functional and technical activities under guidance, including requirement gathering, configuration updates, issue troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user support. Through cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives, the role builds strong system, analytical, and problem-solving skills while contributing to stable and effective HCM operations.
