Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to contribute to revenue assurance initiatives by analyzing financial
data, designing automated controls, and contributing to cross-functional collaboration to mitigate leakage
risks. This role also supports system optimization and compliance to strengthen financial performance and
operational integrity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Analyze revenue data and perform calculations to generate reports that support financial visibility
and decision-making.
2. Drive root-cause analysis for recurring issues and ensure long-term solutions are implemented.
3. Design and propose system controls to address organizational changes and reduce leakage risks.
4. Develop PL/SQL procedures to automate controls and improve data processing efficiency.
5. Align RAFM systems with internal standards and best practices to ensure compliance and
consistency.
6. Reconcile MSC and OCS data to detect discrepancies and maintain revenue accuracy.
7. Execute assurance checks, interpret results, and trigger corrective actions to minimize revenue loss.
8. Collaborate with teams to develop and test new checks that strengthen assurance coverage.
9. Report findings clearly to support transparency and informed decision-making.
10. Investigate customer claims to resolve disputes and identify root causes of revenue leakage.
11. Automate secondary controls to streamline processes and reduce manual workload.
12. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, incidents, and operational changes.
13. Document and monitor revenue flows to ensure traceability across business functions.
14. Conduct prepaid rating checks to validate service charges and prevent billing errors.
15. Evaluate service repricing to ensure accuracy across prepaid and postpaid offerings.
16. Confirm rate configurations for new prepaid products to support accurate billing.
17. Perform root cause analysis to quantify leakage risks and recommend mitigation actions.

Qualifications:
Education A bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or other related fields.
Experience
• 1-3 years Revenue Assurance experience, Fraud, Data Analysis, Network, Billing in a
telecom environment.
• Expertise in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tablu)
• Expertise in PL/SQL and PostgreSQL.
Certificates Relevant certifications, such as CERA| SQL certifications| or data analytics, are preferred.
Language Fluency in English (written & spoken).
