How to Log In

You can log in to your account by entering your phone number and password in the following ways:

  • For mDSL services, enter the Service Number in the field labeled "Phone number", for example 01202xxxxx and enter your password. Alternatively, you can enter the ESN number that is written on the back of your mDSL card or modem. (Hint: You can type your ESN with capital or small letters.)
  • For postpaid services, just enter you phone number in the form of 0123xxxxxx
  • For fixed line services, enter your area code followed by "-" and the service number. For example, 01-837xxxxxx.

 

New Password

To retrieve a new password, please visit your nearest Sudatel customer care office. You need to bring with you a proof of identity to affirm ownership of the subscription.

In case you have forgotten your password or you would like to have more information about our services, call our Customer Care number 120 (using a Sudani phone), or 120120120 (using any other phone). Our Customer Care employees are ready to help you round the clock, seven days a week.
